i see people say its the best episode for like ever episode. theres not just one best episode the whole show is the best show IN THE WORLD i mean sure there have been some let downs but when have we really been disappointed or sad at an episode because it wasn't as good as we expected! NEVER! :D
i like KAKASHI Sensie,, he is the cooleessstt.. character in Naruto.. Hes good as Supporting Actor in NARUTO EPISODE... thats the reason why hes still alive.. no one can take his part...here in naruto..

that part where he said i inherited my name and the guts 2 never give up was from jariya. i inherited pain from my sibling disciple from pein. and i believe sometime in the future he'll say this speech again but adding hatred which will be from his best friend sasuke, health from his friend sakura and love from his soon 2 be girlfriend hinata
NaruSaku, incorrect. I didn't cry but I'm still a huge Naruto fan, I simply don't cry out of happiness/joy easily. Don't make assumptions~~ I smiled though, not cried =).

Amazing episode. I like the way that u always get a peek into the "bad guy" right before they die or move on that really gives u the motive behind why they do what they do. Started with Gaara and now Nagato. I never thought I'd feel joy and sadness at the same time.
This is the first time I've ever commented on a naruto episode. And I must say that I waited avery long time since the manga came out to be able to see this in anime form and I was not disappointed. This is def. the best episode of naruto I've seen in a VERY long time. Props to Misashi Kishimoto for his wonderful wriing. I actually felt for Nagato in the end. Cant wait for the next story arc.
It is amazing how I felt that Pain was the scariest murderous bastard I have ever seen and in the end you sympathize with him, understand and even care for him in the end... Now that is just amazing writing, what an amazing Anime!
This is going to be the most memorable episode for me and many fans on here. This is a testament of what Naruto has been through and what he has accomplished through sheer determination and will. Great episode and Naruto is becoming one of the greatest anime series of all time.
This episode made me smile. Especially when Sakura hugged Naruto, and everyone came up to Naruto. He really deserved it after all the Hell he had to go through for his childhood.

Finally, the pain chapter is over, Naruto deserves the welcome many times over. that sakura,somebody should beat the living day lights out of her,lol, maybe hinata.
