can you guys not talk about what is happening in the manga? i read the manga, so i know how far ahead it is and there is too much that has happened between the anime and manga to be giving spoilers about unexplained things.
Naruto and Nagato aren't neccessarily related, but both have a connection to the Uzumaki clan. Nagato being an Uzumaki member himself and Naruto being a descendant since his mother was one. Both are from the same clan but it was never said they were distinctly related to each other.
These fillers were just what the series needed. If it can more regularly evolve on the story, while keeping the fillers shorter, I don't mind two episodes every now and then being fillers (Like you would have in One Piece). Even though the series is suffering from the same sympthoms as Bleach, its good that at least the fillers try to hold on to the story, even if the manga is just actionpacked at the moment. Which im not totally against, but there is a saying of to much and to little. I think One Piece has this balance while the other two major shounens lack a bit on timing. But enjoy the stories nevertheless. Its never boring, though not as entertaining as it could of been (but there is a lot of could of been, thats not necessary to hang your self up in, and just enjoy what you actually get, because as I see it, there are no series competing seriously with those three when it comes to addiction of wanting to know what happends next). Even if you do disagree with some decisions, its healthy, it means the story is actually thoughtprovoking enough to make you want more.
This episode is actually great the animation and the artwork are simply fantastic and surely one of the best animated episode - never seen a filler drawn and animated this good before well done to whoever did it.
