If you haven't posted a custom in the CJ thread then you can't use any of them. If someone finds that you haven't added a custom to the pool and are using someone else custom they can inform the person about it.
Let me tell you a story. Our Story begins on a planet down under. Where the once mighty space dingos were torn asunder. Well there's one last survivor with a story to tell. 'Bout how the mighty space dingo clan eventually fell.
It was one normal day 'till freeza's forces arrived. To attain the magic serum all space dingos prized, but when the serum was dropped (by Guldo, of course). They inexplicably transformed into the Ginyu Force.
But the elderly dingo was both fierce and wise. He knew to stop these Ginyu goons he had a plan to devise. So with his final breath he sent a letter out into space. With these last drops of serum he'd avenge his fallen race.
The letter flew out to a planet called "E-arth", and it landed, made a crater somewhere out in the dirt, then when a group of shinobi came across it appalled. That Freeza's goons tracked down the space dingos and killed them all.
They all exchanged a look of grief despite their feelings of scorn. They knew they had to face this threat, there's not a second to mourn. Their new allegiance to good was one that couldn't be torn. They each drank their several drops and from that moment was born.
