Weither it be a special element they can do, a special body trait, or special skills, each and every village has atleast one. This is a school buildt on an island covered in the thickest, strongest, Genjutsu that no technique, Not even the most skilled Eternal Magekyou Sharingan, can see threw it. The only way through is to be on boats guided by Gyr-falcons summoned by the headmaster, and his prodigy, that have sharpened skills and can fly through the Genjutsu with no diffulculty and guide the boats carring up to three Ninja on it. All ninja that arrive have met all of the following requirements:
Age- 5-19
Village- Kicked out of or destroyed
family- Orphaned, adopted, kicked out, destroyed.
