Anyways, I actually agree that there's a good reasoning that Obito is stemmed to KA. I use to believe that Obito was secretly a descendant from Madara (which is why he wanted Obito) and Shisui was part of his blood-line but I don't know if that has any strength anymore.

KA can't be learned it can only be used with shishi eyes one was sealed with Danzo the other was used by itachi and was released with him...

No, Obito casted a mini version of the Infinite Tsukuyomi and used it to manipulate Yagura similar to how he used it in Road to Ninja.

Danzo took Shisui first eye, then he gave the other to Itachi who then implanted it into his crow and gave it to Naruto. Obito Never had KA.

That doesn't make sense, as Obito wanted to get Shisui's eye from Danzo later and was almost in rage when Danzo destroyed it. Why want it if he has one?:confused:

Mhh, no he does not have KA, but it may be that Shisui used it on Yagura for whatever reason to help Obito. Perhaps as a favor to make Obito either stay away from Konoha, or make him help in the uchiha massacre.

The other option is that Danzo needed to do Obito some sort of favor. Shisui could had been in root, which would explain a lot of things, and thus Danzo ordered him to use KA on Yagura, with the command to obey Obito, but then again, this wouldn't make sense, since Danzo should then have known about Madara, unless he actually knew that Obito didn't die, and had Obito working for him secretly for some years.
