First of all, he is using dust release as his regular jutsu, not his ultimate.
Also, he seems to be floating in the air just like onoki.

Now the 3rd raikage
Not much to say except that it looks like ration armor is activated and he is using hellstab as his main jutsu

For the 4th kazekage
Similar to gaara, but uses gold dust instead of sand

Second mizukage
Looks like joki boy is his regular jutsu

I was wondering when it came to the 2nd Mizukage you can clearly see he is not standing still which is what would happen when using a jutsu but instead looks to be doing a back flip. this makes me wonder if his Joki Boi jutsu is slimier to Itachi's crow explosion where he uses it n can freely walk away whilst it walks to the enemy n goes KA-BOOM!!.'

Although I would prefer if Joki Boi starts off small homing combo inflating n then at the end of the combo KA-BOOM!!.

I think it would be sweet if joki boy was an awakening, u walk up, press B and

Besides the clam genjutsu makes sense as his released mode....probably combines Joki boy and the Hozuki Water Gun as his ultimate.

Kinda sucks if Muu flies, but makes sense.

Well think about it....most ultimate moves require you to "send" a technique or an element at them to "knock" them around for the Ultimate technique, what we are seeing with all the Kage's is quite possibly them setting their opponent's up for their Ultimate's which would make sense in a way if you think about it

If you look closely at the scan although, it shows the names of the jutsu on the screen, they must just be regular and not ultimate Justus
