Minato doesn't remember his talks with Naruto

Are you sure its not just that he only came out once? remember kushina didnt seem to have any knowledge of naruto (Sized him up saying he has grown and such) yet she was also sealed inside him. She acted like she hadnt seen him in a long time. But we will probably know soon.

I thinik you're right because when Naruto punched Minato because he was angry at his dad for sealing Kurama in him, he seemed to be surprised that his son was treated so badly.

There's still hope! It took Hiruzen 7 pages to realize Sasuke was standing in front of him, maybe Minato just hasn't seen him yet as well. On a serious note I don't think Minato would have the memories, I mean, it was just his Chakra inside Naruto wasn't it?

They had a whole conversation about Sasuke so i doubt its that. and yes it was just his Chakra

I doubt it. I think he placed a part of his conscious in Naruto though his chakara. Once that chakara did what it was commanded then it vanished. I don't think that was the REAL Minato but just a chakara form basically.

Minato was probably able to see things related to how strong the kyubbi's chakra was doing. That's why Naruto was able to meet him during the fight against Pain and not before.

And the seal/or what kept Minato from appearing was not on when Sasuke got "inside" Naruto.

Minato only stored enough chakra inside Naruto to stop Kurama from completing his transformation, Minato appeared when Naruto had 8 tails, he wasn't able to talk or see Naruto grow up but I think Minato remembers talking to Naruto, Naruto hasn't been mentioned in the conversation and when Naruto had his chance to talk to Minato he never mentioned Sasuke's name

I´m sorry, but I´ll counter the thread.

I believe we shall assume, just as we do with shadow clone jutu, that chakra within a clone emulates the behavior and memories of the summoner.

One of the details about it is that the summoner absorbs the experience coming from the clone, however we are to think this knowledge comes back in a more intuitive way, as Naruto describes it as a "feeling", from the time he trained with yamato .

Most likely, this is the case for Minato, his memory isn´t instant, maybe he doesn´t know he knows hahahah :D (anagnorisis)
