The village of Konohagure

As many of you noticed , the village of konoha disapeared from the map (closed/deleted) . As many other konoha ninjas , i understand that its fall was from bad management . (pervy went nuts , no active leader , so on ) But many shinobis of konoha still want it back . Some of us really loved it and never left , and we really wanted it to be powerful and equal to all the villages .

We might got it wrong , but i think we deserve a second chance to build the village , after all its the biggest one in the naruto world , i think it needs a place in this village system with a good ruler and so on .

For start , I , as a ninja of konohagure apologize for our bad management in konoha , and hereby ask you a second chance to regain our beautiful village , since many of us dont imagine themselves in the other villages . Please nexus give us one more chance of regaining our village . Please nexus gives us one more chance ...

you are wrong, konoha still exists. It looks like the precious hokage not only abandoned you bit kicked you all out of the village in a selfish attempt to get IP banned.

the topic about konoha's leadership has already been brought up as soon as pervy got the 1 day ban, and personally i'm hoping it's resolved asap.

Well if that's truly the case, then that's quite wrong (in the ethical sense ).

Konoha, IMHO, needs an active, obvious, and outstanding leader, someone who won't give up on it, no matter what happens to him/her in rl or if he/she gets tired of nb or the rp in general.

If Konoha is to be permanently terminated from the RP system, then that doesn't seem as a bad idea either. It would even up the alliances for wars, 2 v 2, not 3 v 2 anymore, and the former members of konoha could just emigrate to new villages. That or just stay homeless/missing nin. That's the simple solution, imo.

But if the members of konoha REALLY and TRULY HONESTLY want it back, then i say go ahead and ip ban pervy/officially knock him out of the hokage position (and the rp system in general too), and let the ppl back in. Get a GOOD and ACTIVE hokage, a true and obvious leader. Get yourselves back on your feet and we'll see what happens from there. and by that i mean get a new kage, and daimyo since nexus is the admin regulating all this and is busy enough. =/

Well if that's truly the case, then that's quite wrong (in the ethical sense ).

yes, i totally agree on the situation however for reasons based on keeping to manga i'd prefer all the villages intact.

i can only see as pervy being the one responsible as zen isn't even around. the pervy sage has gone against the trust of his villagers, his students and the staff that trusted him with the title of hokage.

i can't speak for the rest of staff, i am merely speaking as kazekage right now... and no matter how bad things were, i wouldn't just abandon everyone. he could have at least helped the transition of a new hokage and then left...

why people have any respect for him anymore is beyond my comprehension...

i've not heard anything from nexus and he would have most likely mentioned it to the kages and made an annuoncement to the villagers. just because pervy cannot post i think it was overlooked he may do something quite so spiteful to get an IP ban.

you still have the bar , even if you are kicked , till you log in again so if they were kicked and and are off from then , they still have the bar till they come on

chris, u should have added a poll onto this thread to ask ppl what they think should happen to konoha and if they have another idea as to what should happen to it, then have that as an option too and say post whats ur idea if thats what they choose.

we already have a recommendation... bish mentioned some more but i dunno if they'd want the job anyways... plus i mentioned it officially at the summit and only one recommendation has been posted there... which i am not at liberty to say who... so don't even ask

I left Konoha because of him, Seriously, you should have suspected it from him konoha, I was never konoha's enemy, but his's, I couldn't bare being under his command while he was effing me.
for me, that was so obviously happening, now konoha's members, you should learn from your mistake of accepting him as a leader, and get yourselves a new leader with the help of nexus I guess, vote for it or something, and try to find someone more honorable next time.
Konoha's major problem from the start was it's leaders, Xylon were a great person, but not that active, and Pervy is unworthy of it from the start, Zen was a great person and he helped you all a lot with his ideas and threads, but he left =\ and I can't judge Nexus as a leader because I wasn't there, konoha should now find a true Hokage and try to get a Kazekage, and I want to point out something, some villages have two mods as its leaders, I suggest moving one of them into konoha and make him replace Zen, but here comes the problem which is there accepting of that.

Oh. Well thanks for clearing up what happened. We thought Nexus had just removed it until the leadership was settled or something. I've re-applied.

And @Akiza's saying Riku should be Hokage, we were discussing that right after Pervy got the 1day ban. Most of Konoha agreed that Riku should be Hokage, but he said he shouldn't because he's getting too busy with school and rl stuff. He said he wouldn't be able to be active enough to do much. And the most important thing Konoha needs is active leaders. That was our problem with the first war, none of our leaders were active so we had no idea what to do and had to just try and do something on the spurr of the moment.

Well its really up to Nexus if the village will stay or not. I think it should stay because it wouldn't be a Ninja World like in the manga without all the villages. I hope my home stays here on this hatred planet

Whether I re join Konoha, would I be accepted if I did is yet to be seen. The main issue as I see with Pervy Sage’s reign was the fact that he had no idea WTF he was suppose to be doing, WTF was going in the village. All he cared about is telling everyone how strong he was; constantly reminding members that he was hokage, threatening to kick them out of the village even going as far to kick people out on whim; to simply put it; it was totalitarian system, or so he thought while there were other people who contributed to the village more than he did and never even got so much as a mention (i.e. Ingwer , Shig, Baha, Riku, and Sin etc.) These guys were neglected. If you were anything below S class ninja you were completely neglected and belittled constantly reminding of your inexperience so much so that if you wanted to make a simple thread you had to take permission from the so called “hokage”.

The idea of this is not to walk down the memory lanes of the horrors of Pervy's mistakes or to laugh at him, rather to point out the mistakes made during this time so that Konoha can benefit from these mistakes and move on from there to become stronger and better.

The culmination of this is that Konoha needs to go back to basics under a strong leader who listens to all his people but in the end who would make the right decision for the village without involving his/her personal feelings and agendas. Everyone needs to be respected and made to feel that they matter, help “noobs” train and make them stronger not call them “noobs” 24/7 belittling them all the time.

I don’t know who this person would be, but I wish them all the best if they need help people of Konoha and people who love Konoha are willing to help you, just ask, we don’t need another Pervy Sage!!!
