Kiba's dad was said to have ran away from Kiba's creepy mom... not really sure if Inuzuka's keep inbreeding like many of the other clans. could be his cousin or something >.<

no. im pretty sure thats kiba's dad. after all everyones dad is showing up in the flashbacks so why not. So yea 9.99/10 that was his dad
