It is an area of elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement.
Strong against Earth and weak against wind. Also good combined with water.

Gathers Lightning Chakra and sends it to my right hand, releases it in the form of a few small static bolts and sends it at Sasuke clone.

Please be more descriptive on how you manipulate them to change into lightning. Explain how it feels and the motions and the vibrations.

Gathers Chakra into my right hand and steadily increases its vibration frequency until it starts to take on the characteristics of Lightning. The vibrations are very vast and it feels very hard to handle with such little experience. Then by exerting more chakra I make the lightning move towards Sasuke Clone in the form of a small static bolt.

I want you yo gather your raiton chakra into your hand. Then I want you to slam your hand onto the ground, while releasing the chakra into the ground. Then manipulate the chakra, creating lightning, that races through the floor, and shocks sasuke's feet. *Creates Sasuke Clone*

*Gathers Chakra into my hand and increases the vibrations as before to change it to lightning. Once I gathered a sizable amount I slam my hand onto the ground and release the chakra onto the floor, I then exert more chakra to direct the lightning to fan out in the direction of the Sasuke clone that electrifies his feet.

I want you to gather your raiton chakra throughput your entire body. I then want you to manipulate it, creating a lightning/electric field, that surrounds your body. Sasuke here is going to run and try to tackle you. *Creates Sasuke Clone* I want you to repel him with the electric field, giving him a shock.

*As Sasuke runs at me I gather my Lightning chakra throughout my entire body and emits it into a spherical shape around my body, being careful to maintain constant flow and power as the lightning courses around the spherical field. This shocks Sasuke the instant he makes contact with the field.

[Darui..]

The field isn't spherical, its an aura that surrounds your body, like the Raikage's lightning armor.

Okay then I'll try again.
*As Sasuke runs at me I gather my Lightning chakra throughout my entire body and emits a steady flow of Lightning all over my body like an aura, taking care to maintain the flow and power of the lightning. This shocks Sasuke the moment he make contact with me.

Then shape it into a shield, that whenever something comes in contact with it, it explodes. Sasuke here will run at you, I want you to hit him with it. *Creates Sasuke Clone, that starts to run at you*

*As Sasuke runs at me I put up my hands in front of me and gather my Lighting chakra in them. I then release the lightning inf front of me and then quickly form a field around my hands which I manipulate it into a shield filled with lightning chakra at a critical mass. I then point it at Sasuke as he runs at me. The shield explodes and releases a shock-wave of lightning that knocks Sasuke back.

*Gathers my lightning chakra into both of my hands and releases it towards Sasuke. As I release it I then manipulate it with my chakra to form a small wave of lightning that heads for Sasuke.
