I didnt get banned when i had 3 cause:

Nexus gave me 2 points
Mugiwara gave me 1 point

That was the same week so i guess it take 3 for a day to get banned for a certain amount of time but im pretty sure its not forever unless you are infamous around the Website for that behavior then you might get your profile banned or your IP banned which would suck in a major way....

...lol ok infractions are given if you break a rule and points are given on how bad it is so sometimes you don't get any.....and you need 3 points to get banned but in like a week infractions gets expired....

It all depends on when the infractions expire. Like people have previously stated if you get 3 and they haven't expired yet you will get banned. But if you have 3 over a long period of time of course you won't get banned because they have expired already.

It depends on what you did,like mine takes 7 months to expire,some take years and serious infractions never expire.

Actually,the timeline on when you received the infraction matters the most.Each Infraction you get,carries a time on when it will expire so for example,if I receive a infraction from Rei,Nexus and Cali on the same day,I will be banned for a day then if I keep getting infractions without the ones I got from Rei,Nexus and Cali expired I will be banned for 3 days,then if I keep getting more then it will be 1 week,then 2 weeks,then a month,then six months and then perma-ban.

Also the seriousness of the Issue also determines the ban time,for example you just swore at a Admin and posted 18+ material on the website,it will be a perma ban but if you just insult a normal member with quite a harsh word but you got caught,it'll be a infraction.

Also each Infraction carries 1 point so getting three will result in a ban but I think a Admin or G-mod can increase his/her Infraction point...
