I say no, at least as far as Sasuke being persuaded, and I find it unlikely that Kabuto bothered gathering both Fugaku's and Sasuke's Mom's DNA (I could very well be wrong). Plus, maybe Konoha cleaned up that bloody mess quickly, who knows (It'd suck to be the Konoha janitorial ninja squad, lol). Who knows what depths Kabuto will go to though..., interesting question though, especially given the precedent listed above.

Let's see. So far every time sasuke gets angry or fights anyone his friends have to save him right before he is killed. Since he joined akatsuki he would have died 7 times if tobi, zetsu, itachi, suigetsu, karin and juugo didn't save his life. Sasuke loses every fight 1v1.

I've made multiple threads about how Kabuto might revive the entire massacred Uchiha clan. Sasuke has implied that he would do anything if the entire Uchiha clan was brought back to life:

And the only person who could bring his entire clan back to life is Kabuto, who's currently trying to persuade Sasuke to join his side. If the entire Uchiha clan was revived right now, the manga would get a lot more interesting IMO. We could find out exactly what happened to the Uchiha the night of the Kyuubi attack and the night of the Uchiha massacre
