Taijutsu techniques are the body and hand to hand skills of the ninja. Taijutsu techniques do not require hand seals. Instead the ninja will train their body in different forms of fighting (accessing the user's physical and mental energies). A ninja can also use their inherent Bloodline abilities when doing Taijutsu techniques. Clans such as Hyuuga can utilize their ability to see the inner chakra channels of their opponent and then stop the flow, or utilize the Kaiten technique to form a protective barrier by releasing chakra from their body. Taijutsu is simply hand to hand combat.

Good, but you missed an essential subject, which is that Taijutsu usually doesn't require the usage of chakra, however in order to perform Taijutsu techniques one must have an incredible amount of stamina in order to endure the physical movements, also a training of speed and power.
Anyway, we need to build your strength, speed and stamina, so i want you to run 100 laps around this 100 meter grassy field.

Okay, thank you sensei.
-I start by running 100 laps around the 100 meter grassy field.-

Haha!
-As I've come back from running those 100 laps, straight away you tell me to preform 200 pushups, 1,000 squats and 500 stomach stretches, okay. I start with the 200 pushups, I do them straight after I do the 1,000 squats, I am getting sore but I push though the pain and continue to finish this off with the 500 stomach stretches, I finish them and ask you what's next.-

Piece of cake -.-
(Gangeki) - Rock Attack
This is a strong punch deliver to your opponent's chest. as you can see it's pretty self explanatory so no need to explain any further
(Dainamikku Entori) - Dynamic Entry
This is a jumping kick deliver to your opponent's face or anywhere in his upper body basically.
(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale
This is a rear spinning low kick delivered with your heel to the opponent's body, it's mostly effective when spinning your body and applying the momentum/speed to it, when you are strong enough you can send enemies flying with this technique once it connects.
*Summons an indestructible wooden dummy*
Now i want you to perform all those techniques to the wooden dummy, remember when performing a Taijutsu technique you need to explain to your opponent your stance, attacking limb "right or left leg..etc" and momentum which your body is going at.

Yes sir.
-I start by simply walking over to your "indestructible wooden dummy" I make a simply fist with my left hard, from there I am just standing in a normal fashion and punch the wooden dummy.-
(Gangeki) - Rock Attack
-I move back from the dummy so I can pick up so momentum, I take a slight jog towards the dummy, jump in the air, put my left leg out and kick the dummy in the face.-
(Dainamikku Entori) - Dynamic Entry
-Again I jump away from the dummy to pick up some more momentum, then I run right at the dummy, then I take a sliding like movement. From there I get closer to the dummy and start to spin around, faster and faster until I feel that I can kick the dummy with a good amount of force.-
(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale
