Nero is 5'10 Wild purple haired male with Noticeably big blue eyes .He wears a Blue Jacket In homage to his Cousin Tenketsu Tatsumaki From the leaf who wears a black jacket .Just as his brother wears The family's Igsninga on his back ,Nero Wears his Igsniga On his back as well .You can see him with a Calm seemingly depressed look on his face . He Wears His Rain village headband around his neck . Can be seen as a shy male , He usally spends most time in the rain village , Above Sea level.He is not very ripped , As he does not plan to be big on taijustu as he devolpes his skills .He as the face texture of a newborn baby, with his silk soft skin he grabs the attention of all the females around the Village Hidden in the Rain.

Personality:
As noted before , Nero Can be seen with a seemingly calm depressed look on his face. Appearing as if he Is in deep thought . But when around Rain Females , He because very outgoing . Buzzing with life and joy . Or when his family is brought up , He tends to get very angry . Along with all of that he carries and water bottle in his back pocket , For unkown reasons . As he dosen't Drink it .As he attends a minor school in the village hidden by rain , He talks to a select few . He and his Girlfriend seem to only be focused on themselfs through out the day despite the ongoing distractions . They say you live by the sword you die by the sword. And Nero's style of fighting does just that.

History:
Born Nero Tatsumaki , Raised in Amegakure 雨隠れの里, Amegakure no Sato .At a Young age Nero Adopted the Nick name "Ame no Kami" Which means God of rain. Alleged being Nobody has Ever seen him engage in combat . Along side that , His Cousin "Tenketsu Tatsumaki" and Him have a Very good relationship despite being so far away from each other . Tenketsu Adopting Wind Element , And Nero Adopting Water would make these two a formidable combo . The family is known to be Wind and water users . They also Are commonly found with multiple shades of blue or yellow hair. As noted before he's not much of a talker . More of a stratagist . He appears to have a plan steps before the battle starts . Not much is known about the Village Hidden in the Rain as is . He has Ventured places no other human has been , Says the tale . He knows the location of His Parents Burial site. Nero would love to soar in the ranks of the Swordsman the world have to offer but that would require training. Which he does not have. He lives for Amegakure and will die for her as well... One thing Nero will do before he dies. He will become Kage of Amegakure , And Kill Tenketsu at the great naruto bridge.

So Question, As a genin,what kind of bio can I actually create. With all the restrictions it doesn't realy leave a lot of room to create a unique character in the Narutoverse. I'm not looking to be rikudo sennin right from the start or anything. But from the restrictions it looks like I can't use the inner gates, any type of special ability, swords, etc. So what exactly am I able to use? How many elements? What about Sage training? Is it only limited to Frog, Snake/Dragon/Slug? Can you make up your own Sage mode as long as it's not too overpowered? I'm a Noob, HELP!
