From what I read. I think Obito will kill Gai Sensei.

I dont think Gai will be in this fight any longer. We will finally have a major death in the war. Gai Sensei will die.

Kakashi definitely won't die. It's depressing enough to see someone as pure hearted as Obito turn bad. I'm thinking Guy will die, though.
