I think one of two things will happen.

1. Pein continues to absorb Naruto's sage chakra, then the Kyuubi's chakra will leak out, causing Pein to let go.

2. Ma and Pa will use their genjutsu.

I am sure Kishi won't let anyone interfere with their fight. He just want it to be fair. He probably wins by himself (+ of course Toads) without anyones involvement.

Either genjutsu of Pa and Ma, or by using the second Sage Bunshin. Maybe sth other that those.

Only one person that could actually make sense? Yes, it is possible that Pain can not handle sage chakra, but this does not mean that he will turn into a frog. Perhaps he 'converts' the chakra into a form that he can handle. Too any possibilities & variables.
