Does this make anyone else think that the real Juha Bach was the one pointing the sword at Urahara and next chapter will be an off paneled showing of him and Ichigo having been slaughtered by him? I mean obviously they wont die, but I think this might solve the sword holder mystery.~copy/paste form other thread

As for his opponent, it's pretty clear there is a mastermind beyond Juha.

True, and we also learned (no matter how obvious it was) that Ichigo still has a lot of power/techniques left within his bankai that we get to look forward to. No point in telling us that if we don't get to eventually see it :D

Exactly, Kubo is getting us hyped for what Ichigo is going to bring to the battle to come. We'll most likely see one as he breaks out of the trap on Heuco Mundo and sees (potentially) Kisuke dead/injured...

I think the North is supposed to be translated to a one-shot slash attack with the power to destroy even the Heavens and Earth.

I don't think the one with the sword was the real Juha Bach mainly because he just sliced that quincy in half but it could be because he did kill some of his own men at the beginning. Of course if he is not the real Juha Bach the where is the real one?? Or why did he send the fake or clone? Ahh so many questions.

I will say this though I think this whole invasion thing was just to test how SS would fair in the real war coming up and to maybe test Captain Commander's Bankai. Which is good becasue I was wondering with the way the story has been moving so fast how we would get any background or any Ichigo training. Not to mention the Royal Guard

Well, Juha Bach got his ass handed to him but obviously this isn't the real one. One questions about the quincies, aren't they supposed to be humans so why are they still alive from a thousand years ago.

I thought they were souls, now rather than being alive but only a shinigami can send you to soul society where you become a soul. Yammamoto said something interesting, he said Juhabach still had a human heart, does that mean the quincies that survived became more than humans?

A;right so we know 2 of the 5 Bankai's that are feared amongst all the Shinigami, but......I have a sneaky suspicion that the "real" Juuha Bach is actually that Blonde Bastard that has remained far too calm this entire fight, didn't even try to "save" Juuha Bach from any of Yama-jii's attacks or take care of those Corpse's so that only makes me believe more that Juuha Bach is the Blonde guy :S

Hmm but great chapter answers a lot of questions however if that wasn't Juhabach, then where is he? also for him to have the likes of the fake Juhabach under his command how powerful is he...

I've got a bad feeling, I wasn't really surprised that Yamamoto won but still he did make fake Juhabach look like fodder.

Hopefully we'll see what's happening in Hueco Mundo next week.

Speculation on the real Juha Bach is on now, I also think it is the white haired guy.

On the stealing Bankai thing, Sasakibe only turely showed his Bankai to Yamamoto yet they stole it

My guess about the Bankai - stealing:

-It isnt about having seen/analyzed it before, it is about the complexity of the bankai.
Sasakibe's Bankai was "simple", fully evolved (not saying strong, weak... just, couldnt change anymore),
Byakuya's Bankai was also simple, with his 2 techniques (the millions of tiny - blades, and the thousand of true blades showed to Ichigo),
those bankais were trully evolved, so that's why they were "simple", they cant change anymore, so easy to steal.
(But i dont understand about the Hitsumaya's Bankai, the ice dragon, unless he already fully mastered it)

And you guys are right, Ichigo is gonna show more "bankai" tricks, in these 5 years arc :D

What proves that he surpassed Yama? What I saw from Yamamoto passed 3 chapters is more powerful than Aizen and Ichigo at his best combined imo :D

agree with Zanji on this one, maybe it is that blonde guy transformed into Bach that was fighting Yama-jii and the real Juha Bach is transformed into the Blonde cool looking guy

atm i would like to see battle of only sword + kiddo vs Quincy, no powers (talking about Toshiro vs Quincie fight as Hyourinmaru's powers can't be used atm)

I will call him buckbeard because that was not juha bach. He has info on members of the 13 squads which is why one of his minions could steal certain bankai's. But I believe that shinji, kensei and, rose have not used their bankai's enough to show any info. They were captains then they were not, and now they are again there is probly to much mystery for theirs to be taken.

This leads me to a new question who has been gathering all the info about the bankai's. One of buck beards subordinates was surprised Renji had a bankai to. Also I feel Mayuri is the one who betrays soul society.

so it either means that this was done purposely to analyze his zanpakto to steal his bankai which is the only way to beat commander it seem sand does that mean kenpachi fell to a subordinate of the master quicny guy??? i guess soo .. but when the main quincy guy appears commanders bankai is gone for sure

Hasn't anyone found it fishy that quincies are humans yet they have been alive for 1000 years. Then Yammamoto said Juhabach still had a human heart, what do you think is up with that? :shrug: Did they become something else?
