As i notice it begin to snow, i simply snap my fingers together on my right hand and super-heating the air around us to a desert climate in order to cause all the snow to turn to water and evaporate also preventing you from using ice techniques as they would melt soon after.

I don't even get how you're attempting to turn carbon within the air to enough carbon monoxide to kill me, since you can't access Iwa's ground since we're still on the outskirts of Iwa, outskirts insinuating the outer rim, not outside; inside yet just the outer part of the inside. Hence the defenses should still be in play. Seeing as the amount of carbon dioxide within everyday air is miniscule at best the amount of carbon monoxide created should also be miniscule at best. But whatever I'll leave it for later since eventually a judge will undoubtedly be called here as this is the Ninja world and arguments always arise. o_o. Also gimme back my snow. >=[

As Ling Yao sees you snap your fingers, he takes note of the snow around you melting, while he notices the water quickly disappearing as slight distortions in the air are created from the temperature going from low to high in such a short amount of time. Of course he quickly realises that you must have used some sort of jutsu to heat up the surrounding air, knowing that your a Suna ninja, he guesses that it's most likely some sort of jutsu to make the terrain more desert like, and arid. However he quickly realises his vision is being hindered due to the heavy downpour of snow around him melting and evaporating at such a fast pace that a fair amount of steam is created, similar to being in a hot shower. Not wanting his vision of you the intruder to diminish in the slightest even for a few moments and realising that there's a possibility that the water vapour will eventually turn to slightly heated steam before being blown away by the nice iwarian ventilating winds or being further heated until the air simply turns fully arid waits a few moments making sure to hold his breath to prevent breathing in the over-humidified and possibly relatively hot air, before springing into action. Ling quickly begins to pivot, spinning and exhaling a Tsunami like wave of wind that covers a large vertical and horizontal area in a 360 degree manner, however while exhaling he makes sure to adjust the angle of height in which his mouth is facing every so often so as to create a wave of wind that would blast all of the mist away from him and clear the area of the hindrance. This would be done just after you've performed your carbon technique. Little does he know that he also blasts away your Carbon Monoxide. Of course needles to say some of the wind wave would undoubtedly strike you should you not defend since you haven't changed position. The wind would also serve to reduce the rising temperature even if only a little.

Ling then performs two handseals inconspicuously by masking his actions behind his back and continues to turn the ground beneath and around you to swamp. The swamp has a radius of 5 meters with you at it's center point, and has a depth of 11 meters. The swamp however is created slightly below ground, thus you wouldn't know it was there as there would be a thin crust of earth hiding it. The crust of earth would be roughly six inches thick. Just thick enough to not cave in for a short while.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
