The way I see it... the Uzumaki has a special body which can be host to bijuu's and maybe even the juubi. I don't know if a senju can be a bijuu's host, but if they could've, they wouldn't of had to bring in an Uzumaki to be the host for the kyuubi. With that said, that maybe their kekkei genkai(bloodline limit). The Uchiha's have a doujutsu(eyes) and Uzumaki has a body that can handle bijuus (body). Plus they are skilled in sealing techs just like the sage, so the uzumaki has more things in common with the sage than the senju...

BUT THAT IS JUST HASHIRAMA . Auto heal himself , Wood release , Chakra able to supress the Tailed beasts


Uzumaki have Same abilities - KArin can heal people with Her Chakra INSTANTLY .
