Who would you say is faster ?
Sasuke or Kakashi
Neither of them are speed demons but they have both shown to be able to move quite quickly.

But we have seen pretty good speed feats from both of them. True it hasn't been stated out of the two who is faster so it will come down to mainly opinions.

Sasuke's speed was unweighted Lee's speed in Part 1. But his speed feats were more pronounced after the time skip when he was still 3T. When he fought Naruto at the hideout he went from standing on a ledge talking down to him, and suddenly in an instant came right up to him and was about to stick a sword in his back until Sai rescued him. He also was able to defeat 100s of Oto-nin without getting a scratch or drop of blood on him. And in the North Hideout he destroyed many CM2 ninjas using purely his speed and kenjutsu.

Kakashi's speed is underrated too, but Sasuke is simply better.

Sasuke is known for his speed. He was capable of competing Naruto's speed in initial transformation state.

OT: Sasuke because he's always been a swift and quick taijutsu user..He needs the speed for Chidori.
Kakashi on the other hand has faster hand-signs.

well i was not comparing them , I said with the Speed we see from those ninjas .

We Forget about Sasuke's Speed itself


Cuz what we usually do is Compare Sasuke to Such top drawer Ninjas Like the ones i have mentioned

and as a result Sasuke's Speed is not a Trump card anymore


As for Kakashi - Sasuke is Faster


Kakashi's Stamina sucks balls . He will be Panting all over the place after two fast steps in Taijutsu
