First, tell me why you want to learn Ninjutsu and how you plan to use it in battle.

Because ninjutu is just epicly awesome and because I want to master everything there is to master on NB and become a sensei myself

i plan on using it more than elemental jutsu, since i actually love ninjutsu but hate to just use elemental techniques all the time

Honesty

Well a kunai for someone who knows no specific techniques could be used in simple hand to hand combat, thrown, combine it with several other ninja tools like tags or like my destiny kunai which are special kunai never mind that....

well I would use them for the purpose of killing >_> nahh just kidding I would probably use it for mere decoys and to use them for surprise attacks as you can use them in various ways like wires to tie down the enemy, tags to blow the crap out of their butt etc...

As much as you can come with, and that's great.
Let's emphasize on your points, actually.
-Wires. What kind of elements could you sent through wires and describe the impact it has on the weapon.
-There is a hole on top of the kunai. Describe as many things as you can think of that you can attach to that and toss.
-If you were locked in close combat with your opponent, how would you strike him with the kunai to deal instant death?

- Wire, the best thing to use through wire would be lightning, as it would travel through it and make the wire and the kunai sharper and more lethal

- You can attack pretty much anything, Tags which explode on impact, flashbombs to blind the enemy, smokebombs as a decoy, wire to trap the enemy.... for some reason i can't recall any other right now, but i bet there is more

- About close combat, if I am only allowed to use a kunai in close combat. I would probably try to use it in a combo with some freeform tai, to end up having the enemy in an arm lock with the kunai slicing his throat somehow

shuriken are throwing tools

I would use them to throw them at the enemy at their hands and legs to wound them or immobilize them, by combining them with wire, flashbomb etc.

You're missing a lot of information.
-How does attaching wires to shurikens and sending elements through it affect your opponent? Think of what Sasuke did in the Chunin exams.
-Because they are lighter than kunai, how does throwing a bunch of them at once affect your opponent?
-Lastly, what is so unique about their shape when thrown into the air?

Wire and Shuriken combinations could be used together with shuriken like sasuke did against itachi in their final fight, where you put wire around several shuriken to alter the direction of the shuriken and also trap the enemy in wire. besides that if you have wire and you send lightning chakra through the wire into the shuriken it will give a boost to both the wires cutting ability and the shurikens power too.

Bunch of shuriken towards the enemy can be useful? don't know what to say sorry.

Their unique shape makes them fly in a circular motion in the air i don't know what you mean by their shape and what is so unique, they have 4 pointy edges

Well, throwing a bunch at once allows you to block their field of vision, also using it as a distraction. We will go over this in more detail later.
Next, we have the smoke bomb.
What do you know about them and how would you use one in battle?

The smokebomb is to create a smokescreen either for, decoy, surprise attack, covering your own moves and escape or you can use it to throw at the enemy to make them lose their sight temporarily. (tell me if i missed something)

The smokebomb can be attached to Kunai & wire to be thrown or activate a large smokescreen and it can also be used with a katana as you can strap it to the side so as when the blade collides with the enemy or his blade the smokebomb will activate and allow you to escape or make a quick move.

Besides if i should use it in battle I would not use it as a defense, I would either use it to quickly get underground and charge the enemy in secrety or i would use it to blind them and combine it with my weapons of some sort.

Which Doujutsus does this not work on and why?

Well sorry i forgot that but the thing it does not work on is the Hyuuga's Byakugan, as it can see through anything though there are ways to trick it.

About the flashbomb, it is used to blind the enemy temporarely, this can be done in many ways such as utilizing it with kunai, wire etc. attaching it and throwing it towards the enemy and in a flash will take away their sight. It can also be used in close combat, if your having trouble in a fight you can simply pull out a flashbomb and in an instant while fighting with your hands or tools use this flashbomb to create a diversion while you get away or you can use it to temporarely take away both of your sight and make the fight equal of some sort. This does not work on Hyuuga though. did i miss anything again....

2. Which particular clan of Konoha can use flash bombs in conjunction with their jutsus?

1. If the flashbomb has to have the most effect it needs to be in the field of vision from the enemy so i guess that is where i would go for

2. The Nara clan, they can use the flash from it to extend their shadows and attack the enemy while they are also blinded

Toss it behind you for the most effect so that you yourself don't get blinded too.

Alright, let's move on to the first jutsu.
Take these huge shurikens and note how they are very much similar to one another. Then, proceed to throw them in a way so that the second one is hidden behind the first.
Do you the purpose of such a jutsu?

- I pick up the two huge ass! shadow shuriken, which i throw the first big ass shuriken in front of me and simultaniously throw the second on in perfect sync right in the shadow of the other shuriken making it seem as if there is only one shuriken coming towards you

For this jutsu to work, the second shuriken must be unseen, also the purpose is to make the enemy think that there is only one shuriken and of course to kill the enemy

Well for where you aim the shuriken, they cannot kill on impact if i recall, if they don't get the aid of tags, elemental jutsu or there are a lot of them, so it is mostly decoy, but you can use them to strike vital points such as the throat >_>
