Hahaha. Actually, the term "Chelsea grin" derives from a torture method in Chelsea, England. It originated in Glasgow, Scotland which is why it also goes by "Glasgow smile". The torture is pretty much cutting the edge of one's mouth to the ear area (like the Joker), yeah painful . But I never knew it was the name of a Colombian necktie.

Yeah, Chelsea Grin is gruesome, but it's not the same as a Colombian neck tie. It's when you cut a guy's throat and pull his tongue out through the slit, making it look like a neck tie... *shutters*
