mehh.... guy is not haxxed, as you can see that Susanoo form is the same that fought the kages when it was 25 vs 5

While some kages such as Gaara, Oonoki and Tsunade could hold themselves fairly well agaisn't 5 of them
other such as: Raikage could hold around 3-4 (proved when he got caught on genjutsu) and a Mei that could hold around 2-3 (most likely could hold agaisn't 1-2 but not three due to her lack of hand to hand close quarter combat abilities....)

NONE OF THEM WAS AS DEMOLISHED AS GAI LOOKS LIKE

Gai+Oonoki combination did the same as gai, without leaving them as weakened as Gai
Tsunade herself did the same as Gai without leaving her as weakened as Gai

You got any proof of that? For me it's leaning towards it being destroyed by that attack, that susanoo has been destroyed by weaker attacks and Sasuke's susanoo wasn't able to stand up against Danzo's wind attacks, Guy's punch is similar.

It migh have been because they were underwater and the water along with his water jutsu cushioned him from the blast, saving him from the one hit kill technique.

Well, Naruto is able land a few punches on him and Naruto wasn't using full power when he did that.
We haven't even seen Sasuke's full EMS powers yet. If he was free to kill Kabuto he might've used it all.

Untill then, every prediction of Sasuke's powers is inaccurate.
And remember,.. Kishi himself frequently says Naruto and Sasuke equal.
