Have you notice before gai attack madara by hirudora madara was still holding his fan...

And when gai use his hirudora madara drop his fan....(try to search where is the fan) but where?

And in the last page of ch.609 we can see that madara was sitting without his fan...

Do you think the fan was already destroyed by hirudora or just only missing?

Remember Hirudora is NOT Ninjutsu. It's Taijutsu. A physical attack. We have no idea Madara's fan is capable of reflecting Taijutsu, which honestly would make no sense anyway. So I think he would have been hit regardless of if he had the fan or not.
