Hey think of naruto giving chakra to Gai to stop him from dying.

His body will be screwed but wont actually die out.

8th gate no death...... May not be coz 8th gate is a forbidden jutsu and its not a mere jutsu that can be used at any time.so death will come for sure to you...........

Look at it this way: the forbidden death god technique will kill the user regardless how much chakra he/she possesses. Maybe the 8th gate has this consequence too. IMO the user should die if its super strong, otherwise Naruto + 8th gate users = too OP.

But only one person in the Manga history has shown the ability to open all 8 Gates. Of anyone.

And I disagree. If Gai goes 8 Gates, he will need to use Killer Bee's Sameheda (as nunchuks, perhaps) AS HE FIGHTS IN 8 GATES. Only this would supply him with enough continuous chakra. And I dont think Karuma could keep up speed wise with 8 Gate Gai to continuously give him what he needs.
