Looks: Oliver Queen is a tall,muscular man with a tatto on his left chest, he has blonde hair and green eyes.He is dress to impress kind of guy reguraly changing what he wants to wear.He is sometimes seen with an unshaven appearance.He dresses in high class business suits and dress pants and shirts which seems to be mostly green. Oliver also owns a leather jacket he sometimes wears.As Arrow, Oliver masks his identity with a green and black leather costume.He also has quiver an arrow container strapped to Oliver's back. He uses it to carry his arrows.
Personality: Oliver Queen has a very dynamic personality. His passion and intensity make him strong, although he has always had difficulty finding direction in life. Born into wealth, he didn't need to work for most of what he had and was raised with very little responsibility.His experience on Island taught him self-reliance and showed him there was more to existence, giving him an outlet. In the beginning of his career he has been portrayed as a thrill-seeker, fighting crime not for moral reasons but the sense of adventure.Oliver is charismatic with an affable demeanor. Known for his wit and subtle humor, he is very easy to talk to.Oliver believes that the ends justify the means, and is willing to commit crimes to achieve his goals.Oliver has shown he is even willing to commit murder for the greater good or even in revenge.
Oliver Queen was born in Konoha as a part of Akimichi clan. He had no interest in becoming a shinobi. All Oliver cared about was having fun, breaking the law and being the most popular guy which would result in being arrested several times, but that didn't matter to Oliver as he knew that he would end up being free in the end. His parents would always pay bail for Oliver's actions. Throughout his lifetime, Oliver attended four schools, all of which he had dropped out of at one point. In one point Oliver decides to go to vacation with his Father, and sister of his girlfriend. While on vacation Oliver Queen's ship is destroyed in a storm and he is the only survivor. He finds himself trapped on an island near Kirigakure for the next five years. After a violent shipwreck, Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive. When he returns home to Konoha, his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, and best friend Tommy welcome him home, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. Now once again reunited with his family and former girlfriend, they are unaware that he has changed and has put the skills he learned to aid Konoha in battle against other countries. He climbed up in ranks hiding his true face as Oliver Queen ,he secretly creates the persona of Arrow, to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society and restore Konoha to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be, while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to, under the cover of darkness. After being trapped on island for 5 years Oliver learned to fend for himself and make the best of a bad situation. Learning most of his battle techniques on the island with an old Missing Nin. It took long for Oliver to realize how bad the situation on the island was, and he had no experience on being on his own. Spoiled as he was, he always relied on other people to help him. After the ship has been wrecked Oliver dragged the body of his father to the shore of this unknown island, he decided to bury him properly remembering his fathers last words. Soon after that he wandered around the shore searching for something to eat, when out of the blue he gets shot from the distance with an arrow thus he instantly fainted. When Oliver woke up he was in some kind of old ruin with another dark haired man with a beard who carried a bow and arrows. First thing Oliver asked the man was Why? - the man answered it was to save you. After that, the man took care of Oliver by healing his wounds. He decided he will teach Oliver to hunt so he can take care of himself. He had no idea how to properly hold the bow or how to even shoot and it took him a lot of time to perfect his archery skills. Oliver found that the island is full of traps and that he fell in most of them but by the help of the Old Man he managed to break free. Oliver asked him what kind of place this is and the man replied that this is an island which belongs to Kirigakure which was named Purgatory. Soon he explained his history to Oliver how he was a missing nin and was chased to this island. Oliver always looked at picture of his girlfriend Laurel but the Old Man said it will only make him week and how he should forget the life he used to have so that he could move on. But still, Oliver found the Old Man's methods to be cruel and he did not understand him most of the time. And at one point Oliver decided to escape from Old Man and wanted to escape from the island. But it resulted in his capture from an unknown shinobi that had a military base on the island. Oliver was interrogated and tortured by the shinobi day after day and all they cared about was finding the Old Man. Oliver received some serious injuries. One of the main leaders of this base was called Deathstroke having a mask half black and half white. He was the strongest one in the base and a cold blooded killer. He tortured Oliver with joy and did not give up. After the Old Man found about Oliver's location he invaded the base of the unknown shinobi and killed most of them, that were there. He injured Deathstroke, released Oliver and carried him on his back. Once he brought Oliver back to his old ruin he gave him herbs which would heal his injuries and told him to stay there. He also showed Oliver his collection of scrolls and weaponry and thanked Oliver for not betraying him. The Old Man then went to his last battle saving Oliver's life and insuring that they don't go after him anymore. After that, Oliver was furious at himself for not following Old Mans orders before. In the remaining time on the island Oliver mastered the basic five elements and ninjutsu. He even mastered the usage of the bow and arrows, in amazingly quick time. All he lacked was motivation. After returning from the island, Oliver decided to join Konoha's Shinobi with secret identity known as Arrow and after them seeing his strength he was recruited by special part of ANBU whose goal was to infiltrate other villages and battle injustice in their own - Konoha. This special unit of ANBU were considered missing nin by the Konoha and did not approve of their actions. Oliver took quite interest in his clans ninjutsu and was able to master them quite soon thanks to his previous experience. Oliver, as Arrow, uses his signature bow and numerous arrows, which he creates and designs himself. While performing his duty as Arrow during the night while fighting corruption and other criminals that reside in Konoha or fightning for Konoha against other villages he still has duty to his family and friends as Oliver Queen so to make his disappearances during the day or night more believable for them he decided to open up a tavern at Konoha, with strict policy about not selling alcoholic drinks to persons under the age of 21. And under the club was his secret hideout where he would hide his ammo and special equipment, and where he spent most of his free time perfecting his elemental ninjutsu skills. Even though he didn't have much free time he enjoyed long walks and getting drunk every once in a while. But nothing made him happy as using his bow and arrow to catch bad guys. Also he enjoyed spending time with his ex-girlfriend Laurel and with his best friend Tommy. Although it hurt him most from keeping secrets from family and his friends Oliver knew it was the best thing to do to keep them safe. For some people Arrow was a hero and for some he was a criminal and murderer. Chased by rival villages and Konoha's special police squad tracking Arrow every move it quickly came to their understanding to who Arrow really is...

Bow and Arrows
While being trapped on the island, without any aid of the other world, Oliver was doomed and bound to the Old Man. The old man taught him everything about the usage of bows and arrows and Oliver made himself a very unique bow. He had to use the bow every day if he wanted to survive, because food didn't come to him. He had to hunt it. After 5 years of very frequent usage of the bow and arrows he became very skillful within the archery arts.
Katana
A katana is a long, bladed weapon used for combat. Olivers's katana is made of a light but strong material which makes it easier to handle.
Kunai
Kunai, along with the shuriken, is one of the most common ninja tools. It is a black dagger designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand.
Shuriken
Shuriken, like kunai, are one of the more basic weapons. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapons overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.
