Who was the best wind release (futon) user?

I personally think it's Naruto, but others think that it could be Danzo, Asuma, Temari, Kakuzu, etc.

What do YOU think?

EDIT: Minato Namikaze, Yondaime Hokage, just because there's no other explanation for how he cut off Hachibi's tail/tentacle.

For those who pick naruto, Having One strong Futon tech does not make you a skilled futon user.

From what we know, He cut off the hachibi's with a Normal kunai, I didn't see anything to suggest he used Futon on the kunai. Plus we don't even know if he has futon, Naruto could've got it from kushina.

Naruto has the most powerful wind tech but that doesn't make him the most powerful wind user, just like KA doesn't make Shisui the best Genjutsu user.
I'd personally have to say Danzo, from what we saw in his fight vs Sasuke, I think it's save to say that he had mastered it quite well.
EDIT: Kakuzu still had a very effective way to use his Wind, when he combined it with the fire tech. Not saying that it makes him the most powerful user but just thought that was worth mentioning

While Naruto has the strongest technique, this does not make him the best by a long shot. To be the best you must at least be versatile and proficient. All Naruto has is one attack. It's like saying an idiot with his one big bomb is better than the trained, elite soldier with his gun. Makes no sense.

Because we don't see any lightning, it can't be that. Water doesn't pierce like that. It could be presumed that he used his (hypothetical) wind affinity the same way Asuma uses his: to increase range and all that good stuff.

I mean I already said the whole reason I made a reason for him to be included was because I wanted the Minato 'boys to have their say (with their bias, of course).
