I would chose the Rinnegan, to Bring Peace To the Ninja World and Teach everyone the ways of a ninja, teach ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, and how to use chakra.

Well you do realize you need mokuton in order to achieve the rinnegan and experiance a near death encounter in order for an EMS user to unlocked the Rinnegan.AN someone having the Rinnegan from birth, may be more experiance overall!

Sharingan, for a number of reasons. It looks cool(1) can detect chakra and copy moves(2) can change into the mangekyo (upon experience of sorrow and pain of losing a dear one) which now looks even cooler and comes with new awsome abilities that if used wisely can counter the rinnegan as we saw with Itachi Uchiha(3) if a mangekyo of a close family member is somehow obtained, then your mangekyo can be used without causing you to go blind and now comes with a different appearance; EMS(4) can also change into the Rinnegan once mokuton is obtained(5)
