Izanami, no doubt. Kishimoto made an enemy so problematic for Itachi he had to create a technique that would work only for that case scenario.
And as much as I like the character, I don't think Kishimoto had a good reason to bring Orochimaru back as well. That's just plot stretching for me.

Its even highest up in the poll by a small margin though, but I agree. Nothing could be done to counter Kabuto and out of nowhere this extreme plot no jutsu wipes his @rse. I hope he free's himself and gets another moment to shine.
