senju wins everytime... nagato on defense, if anything gets through (which i doubt anything would) tsunade healing, and the other three on offense... way too much damage being put out... tsunade can also play offense too as nagato's defense is vicious...

Idk, if you have three susanoo going at the same time, combined with Amaterasu, itachi's spectral weapons, obito's idiocy, I mean his space time thingy, and just all around sharingans, it would be pretty fair and close

I'm gonna have to go with Senju on this one.. I mean Naruto with his FTG like speed and Hashiramas Wood style beastliness. Pretty insane offense with also a good defense with Nagato and then theres Tsunades healing abilities it puts them at a great advantage.

I agree, now lets see what the Uchiha has, for they're defense they have all there Susanoo's, Madaras, Sasuke's And Itachi's. As far as we know Izuna didn't have an Susanoo and Obito doesn't have his other eye to have it as well. Now for there offense there is the Amaterasu that both Itachi and Sasuke have both being quite skilled with it but Sasuke much more. Now also on defensive they have Madara's perfect Susanoo, which is is basically on tailed beast level considering it cut mountains in half with just one slice of its blade. Now back to the Offensive, there is also Madaras Rikidou juts with the meteors and his Mokuton. Now Obito basically has fire styles, and a few Mokuton moves but hasn't shown much. Now the Uchihas main advantage would probably be there defense. Which gives them quite the advantage in this fight considering the Sneju/Uzumaki don't have as good as a defensive. But Naruto can create a huuuuge TBB which might be able to break through Perfect Susanoo? Maybe? Maybe not? We don't know, but overal it would be quite interesting to see. Me personally I would think the Senju would win, who you think would win is on you, I will not disagree with you on your part. But It could even possibly a tie who knows. So for now Lets just go with a tie.
