Yep, last time they had to switch, and although Kurama said that hes going to teach Naruto how to do that, its obvious that it didnt happen yet.

Well it would make more sense that she is simply enveloped because in a few chapters back Kurama states 'The difference between you and I naruto is that I can give out my chakra freely' so from this i'm thinking if Naruto initiated the BM then The chakra has simply enveloped her in a form of shroud but she isn't absorbing any chakra, however that is just my theory, I may be wrong...

IMO, she is powered up while in Naruto's kyuubi cloak. But who knows.
