Signature help

Hey guys !!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes :

I've always wanted a cool sig ( the picture or gif that appears below ones comment), so can someone tell me how to get/use one because I can't seem to figure it out :P.

EDIT: Ok so here is the picture, I'd appreciate if someone can resize it to a normal sig size (no idea how big that is) and add some pretty stuff to it so it looks awesome ( stuff like on my avatar), do it how you think it's nice,

iv been here for quite a while now and i have no clue what any of that is i get friends to do it for me when they have free time

A render has no background meaning it's transparent. A stock contains a background.

Well, I'm not sure if you mean friends on this site or in real life. Anyway, alot of my friends watch Naruto/OP but none of them visit any kind of sites like this, so I really have no idea :D.
