Well the line thats been drawn in the sand Naruto-good, Obito/Madara=bad...and I dont think Kakashi is the type to take blame for something that had to (most likely) be done, and if he does it doesnt show

He probably doesn't understand. Kakashi isn't driven by hatred. It's thanks to obito, and he actually owes obito a lot, but yet Kakashi believes in Naruto, and thus he will support him.

Actually Kakashis entire shinobi idealism, comes from obito, so it's probably all messed up for him. But he sees the obito he once knew in Naruto, so it's no problem for him
