I mean, even Itachi is a bit better than Naruto. Itachi is still a piece of garbage that thinks of himself also though. Eye techniques is how you be strong. The only reason Itachi is a bit strong is because of his eyes. Other than that he's a self centered piece of garbage.

neji is not close to mastering the byakugan we haven't seen a real master of the byakugan so it's illogical for you guys to say a byakugan is worse than a sharingan
the rinnegan is just superior to both
nowhere does it state a sharingan is better we just have been more informed
if we can see there leader in a real battle than maybe you guys well relize what the byakugan can do

Idk about Kakashi being able to beat him easily but yea Laxus is underestimating the skilled copy ninja Kakashi, Kakashi is a genius and has like every quality, not just close range like Neji. But yea Neji is around there and if he gets a couple long range jutsu then he cud beat Kakashi or at least be equal to him.
