We saw that naraku pain used some kind of jutsu with wich he summoned that strange (monster or soul?) and he extracted that guy's soul. It look very similar to the jutsu sarutobi (3th hokage) used but it doesn't bring death to user. So there is two explanationts : 1)if it should bring death and it doesn't that means pains body are really controled by chackra receivers and they're bodys aren't alive witch we already know cause the girl pain used for g\his new body was already dead. 2) its similar jutsu but it doesn't bring death to user why would naraku pain use that kind of jutsu if he can easily finish those ninja's without it?
What do you think?

its a pain which controls HELL realm. he did say he will pass judgement. meaning the summon can differentiate 'right' and 'wrong'. if somebdy lies or sins he goes to hell. if somebdy is innocent, he is spared. the person (lied) whose soul was extracted and chewed by the summon, most likely have gone straight to hell. other person who didnt lie was spared.

that relm must specialise in sealing jutsu. the technque is similar to reaper god seal that the fourth and the third used. peins mystery wil soon be unraveled.

its different to shiki fujin(death god) technique mainly in two fronts -
1. the summoner wont have to sacrifice his/her life

how come pain knew he didnt know anything, bcos the summon can detect lies.
