Kushina with her Chakra chains (which BTW were strong enough to restrain the Kiuby itself) and her being an uzumaki -> she knows sealing jutsu.

Itachi can't win against Mei, Tsunade, and Konan at the same time.

Konan's 600 billion paper explosives almost killed Madara. Madara had to use Izanagi to get out of it.
Mei's Lava and Acid can melt Susanno.
Tsunade can destroy Susanno. Not to mention she has her Genesis of Rebirth technique and she can heal Mei and Konan throughout the fight.
