Itachi can't win against Mei, Tsunade, and Konan at the same time.

Konan's 600 billion paper explosives almost killed Madara. Madara had to use Izanagi to get out of it.
Mei's Lava and Acid can melt Susanno.
Tsunade can destroy Susanno. Not to mention she has her Genesis of Rebirth technique and she can heal Mei and Konan throughout the fight.

..wait..If Mei uses her acid mist..everyone is affected!!..she and Itachi must be in a confined place..still if they were..Mei will be killed!!

itachi will win,these ladies,are no were up to itachi,in battle,speed is necessary,and non of these ladies,are qurater fast up to sasuke,talk less of itachi,and he has genjustu,they may may kill itachi up to 6 times just for them to know that its not real,and non is as smart as him.if its gettin difficult,then he ends it with susanoo.lol,the girls are not up to him,despite his sickness

I mean 2 Kage 2 elite sand ninja 1 S class missing nin, 1 of the elite sound four and Naruto's mother who can withstand more pain than most of the characters in Naruto and a pretty strong ninja from what we know, definitely the girls take the lead

I said he can defeat most of them. He can even defeat some without ninjutsu or the Sharingan, like Sakura for example, and Tayuya and Temari. Itachi is just WAYY to fast for them. seeing how Sasuke beat temari,and can beat sakura. Itachi can for sure. And Orochimaru beat Tsunade, and Itachi beat orochimaru.

People need to stop thinking that Itachi only have Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu and Susano'o.

But like i said, i believe itachi would lose in the end, but a lot of them will be killed
