The Third Raikage. Faster than maybe the Raikage (A) and Minato and his defence is good at counter his attacks such as Rasengan. His probably also got more endurance than Minato being that he did survive three days.

Naruto had information on the Third Raikage and if Minato had infor than I sure he would win but since he don't makes the Third Raikage more powerful than him. Also the the Third has way more experience than Minato.

naruto had sage mode to predict the 3rd's movement minato would have to use ftg which would put him out of of range for a rasengan.

Not saying Minato would win or lose, but Minato doesn't need FTG to be fast, can provide chapters if you'd like. He's fast enough to move out of the way in time given his reflex and speed even without the FTG.

minato. he is the fastest man alive and dead. his FTG doesn't need chakra. minato is a genious he might of taken longer than naruto but would eventually come to the same solution. naruto only did it because habichi told him what had happened.

Madara planted them as a back-up, there is no proof at all stating that Madara seen every step Minato made and let it happen, especially if Madara even said "You live up to the Yellow Flash moniker" even without him using the FTG.

Watch Kakashi Chronicles, in there when Kakashi is attacking with Raikri, Minato saves him without FTG and marks the guy in the proccess, while the blade was about to go thru Kakashi.
