Byakugan vs normal Sharingan

No he didn't. He said the Byakugan has better insight than the Sharingan. He didn't say it was stronger.

It depends on the user, but if it were an average Hyuuga vs an average Uchiha, I'd put my money on the Hyuuga

on topic:

it depends on the user and the situation.

sharingan:
- can copy movements
- can predict movements
- can cast genjutsu
- can see chakra colors (and flow maybe?)

byakugan:
- can see through solid objects
- can see chakra points and flow
- can see through genjutsu
- can see in 360° field vision
- can see in far distances

as we know the power of sharingan abilities depends on the tomoe number, while the byakugan not. but both eyes need skilled user.

now let's see the style of the 2 eyes. with the sharingan the user uses ninjutsu and genjutsu mostly. with byakugan the user uses taijutsu only, but they can easily get out of genjutsu, and can defend easier against ninjutsu.

now you can chose which one is better for you. I pick byakugan.

Totally disagree.

The Byakugan has 360 degree vision and can see the chakra circulatory system. It can dispel genjutsus and deliver damage directly into the chakra system. Even a few hits and you'll start feeling the effects.

The Sharingan can predict movements but I doubt it'd be able to dodge every Jyuken attack. It can cast genjutsu but like I said the Byakugan can dispel them.

I say the Byakugan wins
