We found out that the technique the 2nd mizukage was using had somthing to do with muu's ansestors, so I assume that muu was going to tell them 2nd tsuichikage hidden abilities?

This is correct. Muu wasn't talking about the Mizukage. He was telling them something about himself and got cut off

Ya it might have been "Be careful I know of the Mizukage's most powerful move" or "Be careful I taught the MIzukage his most powerful move". Maybe thats why they were such rivals? Because they used to be friends?
