Zoro vs Arlong

Rewind time to the Arlong arc. Imagine that Zoro has three swords and is in good health (fully recovered from his encounter with Hawk-Eye).
Do you think that Zoro could have beat Arlong?

You know what i realised while watching and rereading OP, Zoro seems to be not at quite full strength for a lot of the time and his fights at least at the begining. But maybe thats just me thinking that Zoro would have had an easier time with his fights if he was a full health when he had them

idk luffy and zoro were same level on whisky peak

so it actually depends does he have those 2 crappy swords or the ones he got from lougetown they do make a difference

I don't think he would've won back then. Although Hachi was no problem even with the Mihawk wound. Arlong even complimented Zoro when he tried to cut him. He was impressed, so I think he was close. I am sure that after the Arabasta arc Zoro would've been able to cut Arlong. He learned a lot about the way of the sword there.

I still hope Arlong is going to make an appearance again.

- his sister is shot by hody
- He has a connection to hody and jinbei
- the whole I hate human thing and I want to make them my slaves
- the truth about fisher tiger and orohime is out
- Luffy.. just luffy is reason enough for strange things to happen

there are at least 10 more reasons to think of why Arlong could pop up at fishman island in the current arc.

I worded it poorly, but my intended question was really when do you see him making an appearance again. My bad for the bad question.
