what do you think would happen if another devil fruit user used the rumble ball like luffy,robin,brook or do you think it would only work for zoan type users and if it did work on other devil fruit users what do you think would happen?

Well We have seen it work for chopper who is a Zone type may be it will work for the other Zone Type User like In the CP9 Commenter who fought luffy Or it may not work

Chopper was the developer/creator of the rumble ball. The rumble ball only works on Zone-type devil fruit users. If another Zone-type devil fruit user were to consume the rumble ball, it would result the same as it did for Chopper. It would give them three additional transformations which can be used for three minutes. There is more to it that what I said since Chopper only needed one rumble ball for one transformation after the timeskip - it might be only him though.

yea i think dino's right...it would work on zoan types to give them extra transformations...but not all zoans would gain any adv from it since he developed it for himself, not to mention chopper is an animal who ate the human fruit
..plus marco who's already an advanced zoan user (able to transform into hybrid)...in that sense chopper stil is inferior

Chopper once explained that the Rumble Ball mimics one's DF wave length and provides additional Transformations. Given that, I believe that the Rumble Ball works ONLY on Chopper and the Hito Hito no Mi. I believe that MAYBE the technique behind the Rumble Ball could recreate the same effects on other Zoan, and maybe, though not likely, on other types of Devil Fruit (Logia and Paramecia), but they work differently than Zoan, so again, it's not likely. Either way, the Rumble ball is probably unique, and thus it only works with Chopper.

Btw, maybe the same technology used to create Chopper's Rumble Ball is used to create the Awakened Zoan types and infuse Objects with Zoan Devil Fruits. It links together, since we've only seen these kinds of innovations with Zoan types, which again leads me to say that different types of fruit work differently.
