I meet the requirements as listed on the first post.

- This is my sixth month at NB.
- I'm active. (Will not be active as much till my exams are over which start on November 1st.)
- I am regularly at the Graphic Section.
- I help out members.

However, I'm not entirely familiar with the IRC. With help, I'll manage.
I already sent in a village request last week.

I am a really active member and my post count is growing rather quickly.
I don't really know very much about IRC, but I'm a fast learner so I could understand it pretty fast.

i thought this was a application kinda and maybe no one wanted to join all those months i didnt try to post on a old thread was just trying to apply
