It could be him but didn't we already see him in a coffin?Madara is also running around with the ems, so how did he get that if it wasn't from his brother?
I will give you that tobi gets quite passionate when he talks about his "brother".

I made a thread, I don't know how it got deleted (Isthatnecessary you remember it you posted in it) so I can't link it but I think it is pretty obvious Madara trusted someone to resurrect him and put his Rinnegan into Nagato, and I think that's where Tobi comes in, Madara first thought he was resurrected by the Rinnegan Tech, not Edo Tensei/IWR.
Also, I don't know if this chapter helped the theory THAT MUCH, all Edo-Madara mentions is that he planned on Infinite Tsukuyomi but that is only part of the Moon's Eye Plan aka Tobi's plan. Madara doesn't seem like the kind of guy who wants to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi to bring about peace, but that is just from his attitude thus far. (I mean look at every jutsu he has casted he is a show-off and loves other shinobi's being wiped off the battlefield, and like he said he wishes more people were around to see his wood release, he is just too cocky and arrogant, why would he want peace?) Tobi has stated already to Minato and I think to someone else that it is for War and Peace.

It definitely does prove that there is some relationship but I am still not convinced that they are the same person yet. Nonetheless like I have stated this is a great thread and NvG definitely made a great Original Post Theory.

Thank u siyo and minatoisbesthokage!! The next chapter doesnt prove much but once again tobi and madara are saying the exact same thing. It suggests they are the same. It also suggests they are partners and what not.
It doesnt suggest tobi is izuna...
