how is it that madara is able to summon the ninetails when u need a contract
i thought the beast u r summoning must have the contract signed in blood together in agreement with the summoner and the beast, in this case the kyuubi hates madara so is madara using a different kind f summoning technique where he is supressing the ninetails will?

I don't know about the contract, the kyuubi probably wouldn't sign any with Madara if there was one. If I remember correctly, the chakra beasts appear as a natural disaster in times when there is a lot of hatred. I think Madara is using a different technique, not to suppress the ninetails, but to check whether it's there or not.

Contracts are between parties that agree on something a record of their alliance. This is totally different from kidnapping, extortion and so forth were you use force, insemination and other forceful ways to get someone do what you want.

Kyubi is not an animal you can make a contract with .It is a whole other story . The Sharingan is a tool that can tame and somehow hypnotize Kyubi.
