tobi stronger than madara

If that is true then madara will be pissed and epic battle between madara and tobi will begin.

If they were to fight i would say tobi just cause off the space time jutsu, if it wasnt for that then i dont think so but were yet to really see what tobi's fighting abilities are

who knows. kabuto used madara as a trump card against tobi to show that tobi does have a weakness...which has something to do with madara. but then tobi did say he can take care of madara, but it would weaken him in the war.

tobi has the advantage because he knew kabuto would use madara at some point and probably even has a back up plan ready to deal with anything that kabuto might do with madara that would prevent tobi from doing things.

This. You always have to be ready to be doublecrossed if the situation occurs and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want Kabuto to run the show

Just the fact that Tobi said he could use the path's powers, and he has shodai cells, should put tobi above madara considering Tobi has all of madara's abilities plus more.

If they got into a fight it'd be hard to say who would win but I'm still leaning more towards Tobi because I see him being the final villain more than Madara. The events of shippuden really revolve around his plans like forming the Akatsuki and capturing the tailed beasts. It'd be a little strange if Madara is just thrown into the mix and steals the show after everything Tobi has done thus far. No doubt though, they may conflict at some point because even though Kabuto and Tobi are working together, they still don't trust each other.
