i think they should so we can see all konohas ninjas full abilities since the time skip and as far as them being dead its a possobility 4 kabuto to bring them back like oro brought the hokages back.....speakin of kabuto when will he make his next apperance like he said he would i want to see how much stronger he has gotten after the whole dna merging thing he did with oro
