I agree, I think Tobi was created by Zetsu and has all of Madaras thoughts and ambitions from before he died. Madara probably used some type of Yin-Yang release technique before he died to do it. Still not sure how Tobi got the Sharingan though.

Of course. Madara was expecting to be ressurected by Tobi through Nagato. Latest chapters imply they were partners and they had some sort of plan.

I personally think Tobi wanted Nagato to ressurect Juubi with it and he simply doublecrossed Madara.
