Tsunade... is she half Uzumaki? Her grandmother is Mito Uzumaki, the wife of the First Hokage. That means she must have some Uzumaki blood in her, right?

On a side, less imp note, she and Mito have the same diamond marking on their forehead xD

If someone could explain more, I'd be grateful. I'm confused right now :/

Yeah Tsunade would be a quarter Uzumaki since her Grandmother was an Uzumaki.

The diamond mark could be a passed down family technique. That's my best guess.

No, Tsunade appears young looking because of that diamond seal on her forehead. It causes that look. And when it is released she goes back to the appearance she should really have.. :faust:

her seal was explained in the search for tsunade arc, she keeps chakra stored in there and her youth is a mere genjutsu she always has active, when she uses the chakra behind the diamond it grants her temporary immunity to physical attacks but drains all of her chakra and thus the genjutsu wears off and her original appearance comes to light.

How about you understand the purpose of the thread before tripping up like that?

I only stated that Tsunade's and Mito's diamond seals are the same. Nowhere else did I make any quote to the seal >_> Nor did I ask for any explanation about the seal.

The rest of the thread asks if Tsunade is an Uzumaki or not [or at least half]. Geez.
