I hope its just a drawing mistake or a prosthetic that they'll explain.

He fought Naruto, not so long ago and he didn't had his arm.
Even during his entry, Kishi didn't showed one of his arm.

I was just about to post this. Either it is a mistake or it has something to do with Tsunades Yin release technique that regenerates the cells but shortens the life span.
